Angry Child

Anger, anger

who said anger?

She is so f**king mad

underneath a

lonely child

so fragile

and

so sad

gaze into

a mirror

desperate life

she has had

thoughts inside

her confused head

shout

she is

awful, rotten, bad

destroy, destroy

she hears destroy

a broken

battered heart

on a daily basis

they seem

to rip her

soul apart

internalised

dogmatic

words

form

self-abuse

an art

mostly

she wonders

why she was

nominated

this part

lonely, lonely,

she feels so lonely

bitter, sorrow,

left to figure

it out

on her own

so many places

she has been

not one

she calls her

home

all the misery

she must have

suffered

by now

she should

be prone

all the questions

to the answers

answers

she wishes

she had never

known

pity, pity,

who needs pity?

she seek her power

her right

false existence

surrounds her

as she gains

a new

insight

countless memories

held inside

the arguments

the constant fight

she spent so

many moments

alone in

darkest night

broken, broken,

she is not broken

suffocating

prison

ball and chain

she has self-knowledge

the forgiven

they said she was

insane

disbelief

childhood grieve

love for self again

new found understanding

humbled self-acceptance

not narcissistic nor

vain.
